Hiring for Energy & Telecom Survey Process. Job Responsibilities: Making Outbound Survey calls. (NO SALES) - Handling International customers over the phone. - Generating leads for your seniors. - This is not a sales oriented process. - No sales target is there in this process. Location: Salt Lake in Kolkata Shift Timings: am to 9 pm) Experience: 0 to 1 year. Fresher & Experience (both) are welcome Essential Skills: Excellent English communication skills as we are International BPO Customer oriented, Candidates with BPO knowledge will be an added advantage Should be open to work in Day shift.
