The candidate must have a strong understanding and analysis of search engine algorithm changes. What are we looking for ? 1) Proficient in SEO based web content writing 2) Conducting keyword analysis/research and develop quality keyword portfolio 3) Assisting in creating Marketing Strategy & Research related to the web 4) Doing competitive web analysis for our clients and developing strategies for overcoming competition Responsibilities 1) Perform proactive & targeted link building activities 2) Perform full link analysis for site popularity, total inbound links, and page rank 3) Maintain track record of how site currently ranks for targeted keywords/key phrases 4) Coordinating with PPC, Design, Programming, and Content Writers for better results 4) LinkBuilding - sourcing relevant on-topic links from hubs, authorities and the web community to boost relevancy of website in search engines 5) Knowledge on HTML & Search Engine Algorithm 6) Analysing website traffic trends and working through various efforts to increase traffic for our clients 7) Coordinate website changes with the Design & Programming Team for improving client websites The ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as.htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimization, Website Penalty Indicator, and related skills Proven success in link building and viral strategies The ability to deploy an effective local and long-tail search strategy A deep understanding of mobile strategy and how it relates to SEO A solid grasp of how blogging, press releases, social media, and related strategies go hand-in-hand with SEO Experience in building inbound organic search traffic A background in creating reports showing web analytics data and site evaluations An up-to-date, working knowledge of current, past, and projected trends in the SEO industry Familiarity with the best tools in the trade
