PMS: Facilitate employees in KRA setting, Mid term review and Annual Appraisal of KB/Central Management. MIS: To prepare Monthly MIS and release the same to the Top Management/ Divisional Heads and work on analysis as required. Personnel Function: Update Employee Database and Maintain personnel file of Corporate resource. To take care of Exit formalities such as Exit Interview, Process F&F, etc
