They need to know how to communicate with customers, have great organizational skills and be able to multi-task and prioritize in high-volume, fastpaced environments. Also, updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in training programs. Apart from being responsible for ensuring productivity metrics and quality, he/she is also responsible for the individual team s contribution towards achieving company goals and objectives. Keyskills: Candidates with 6 months to 36 months experience in an international (Preferable US Sales Campaign) call center Candidates should have excellent English communication skills with neutral accent. CTC: Ranges from to /- COMMON CRITERIA: All candidates should have fluent English communication skills. Should be willing to work with rotational weekly offs Should be willing to work for sales campaigns Experienced candidates should bring their last three months payslips with them when they come in for their F2F interview.
