The candidate will have to be a strong hands-on technical lead that should be able to code and provide technical support, as needed. Will be coordinating a team of offshore developers. Will need to be good in planning, Organizing, assigning work to team members, and coordinating/monitoring their work. This person will be the technical expert providing guidance to the team to help resolve technical challenges. Will receive Functional Description Documents and will be assigned Tickets/Change Requests from the business team. They will create the technical specs and based on the severity of the issue, either resolves it themselves or assigns it to a team member and coordinates there solution/implementation. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential since they will be dealing with end users, functional leads, project managers, and developers.
