Data entry of results 3. Data review of test results during off-duty hours/emergency duties 4. Sample collection & accessioning when required Instrument data logs, Daily QC result data logs Problem sample logs Reagent usage logs Instrument down time documentation logs Corrective actions for QC outliers Monthly QC data collation 5. Academic program (Lab academics, projects, Teaching & hands on training to Technicians & Trainees) 6.
