LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE/EXIM EXECUTIVE IN INDIA

1. Preparation of complete documentation procedure related to Import & Export. 2. Should have knowledge on custom clearance. 3. Prepare Pre & Post Shipment Documentation as per PO, PI & LC terms 4. Timely preparation of E-Sugam. 5. Preparation of Supplier CT-3 and ARE-3, ARE-1 (RG-16) 6. Coordination with Central Excise. 7. Should have knowledge on interstate transportation and documentation procedures. 8. Follow up with CHA to file Custom Documentation on time, Transportation & Rail out of Containers as per Vessel Planning. 9. Providing logistic advice and resolving any shipment issues. 10. Should have knowledge on Letter of credit. 11. Shipments tracking from the Load port to destination port (ETD & ETA) & Confirm from Buyer and ensure timely delivery. 12. Timely arrangement of Vehicles & Containers for stuffing of Shipments. 13. Making Proper shipment planning & co-ordinate with the Stores- Production, Marketing, Quality & Account departments for execution of Export shipment.. 14. Taking Freights from Shipping Lines / Airlines. 15. Handle Container Booking, updating of container details, Packing & Loading etc. Deal with CHA & Forwarder for Rate negotiation, compare with other CHA & Forwarders rates & take best rates from them as per comparison. 16. Prepare BL/AWB Instructions as per Normal & LC terms and release them on time 17. Timely preparation of Post Export Documentation to claim Payment 18. Maintaining accuracy and integrity of all logistic information
