Designs, executes and documents moderately complex FMEA, process validation and testing in accordance with cGMP's. Generates practical, sustainable and creative options to solve problems and create business opportunities, while maximizing existing resources. Supports Plant wide initiatives through the writing, performing and analysis of various procedures and protocols: Validations, ECN, TSR (Test Summary Reports), Production and facility documents. Attends SIC (Short Interval Control)OEE(Overall Equipment Effectiveness) Project team meetings on a project-by-project basis in order to involve hourly associates on project teams Work closely with the QA department to reduce defects associated with equipment and production processes. Develops and manages the implementation of improvements projects.
