Job Description: 1.Screening the candidates by conduction telephonic or personal interview scheduling interviews as the case may be. 2.Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates. 3.Understanding manpower man power requisition from the concerned department. 4.Arranging for telephonic interview and coordinating with the concerned person. 5.Communicating the employment status to the applied candidate. 6.Planning, and sometimes delivering, training including inductions for new staff; 7Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers. 8.Should have good negotiation and conflict-resolution skills, 9.Having excellent communication skill.
