Job Location- Kunti Tower, Sakchi / Jamshedpur Work Timings- Night Shifts (Monday to Friday) Job Description: · Outbound calling and emailing to source candidates for all required profiles · Recruit top talent including sourcing, interviewing and reference checking · Using job portals to source candidates · Determine and implement recruiting best practices · Keeping track of all sourcing and recruitment and maintaining database · Ability to work with own initiative and as part of a team · Conduct phone interviews.
