Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training. Developing and implementing quality standards. Monitoring and analyzing quality performance. Maintaining records of any work and inspections done on-premises. Repair equipment as per Predictive, Preventive Breakdown maintenance schedule. Perform Condition monitoring of the rotating equipment to check the physical condition. Ensure proper lubrication like oil grease in regular intervals to maintain equipment in good condition.
