Candidate to support customer with Inbound-outbound calls, help resolving Query and coordinate with service centres. Education Any Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical or any subject. Candidate to have experience in monitoring performance, Daily reports, to take calls and resolve customer queries. Language Requirements: English, Hindi & Tamil. Knowledge of others like Marathi, Gujarati, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam will be added advantage. Salary Range: Rs.2-3 lacs p.a.
