Job Description: The Trainer will be responsible for New Hire Training & their performance on the floor for the 1st 60 days Follow the Lesson plan of the training for the relevant domino & complete the batch in the timeline Conduct effective training programs for the agents on the floor Conduct individual training sessions/coaching sessions Prepare training material such as module summaries, videos etc. Support and mentor new employees Keep attendance and other records Identify TNA for the existing team on the floor basis the challenges & track the performance Monitor bottom performers performance and conduct relevant
