REGIONAL / BRANCH MANAGER FOR MNC MANUFACTURING COMPANY IN INDIA

Role: Branch Manager ¬- Abrasives (Industrial sales & channel sales) Job Location: Gujarat, Kolkatta Industry: Manufacturing Industry – Sales, Abrasives (Vitrified & resinoid), Industrial sales, Channel sale. What will you do here? The candidate will be responsible for Channel sale and Industrial sales. •Responsible for new business development in the defined area and identifying, processing and closing new sales opportunities within the specified region. •Guide/Advise sales professionals in teams working on a pursuit so as to drive towards a common objective •Responsible for managing commercial negotiations with prospects and clients. •Create and own the customer business case and drive the business case discussions with the customer. •Work to hold individual revenue target – bring new logo/ on existing account. Desired Skills & Experience: Prior experience in channel sales and industrial sales • Person should have around min 5-6 years experience in industrial sales. •Team handling exp is required. • Preferable from bonded abrasives (Vitrified & resinoid) background. • Good in channel as well as institutional sales. • Engineering graduate in mechanical engineering would be preferred. • Strong in terms of interdepartmental communications. •Must have ability to develop and sustain effective new business relationships with clients in order to leverage and set up effective commercial deals. •Strong communication skills
