RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (MARKETING) IN INDIA

Role: The incumbent will be responsible to ensure all processes are adhered to by the participants in our Live Online Programs and address their queries. Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for sending Login and Access details to the participants. 2. Coordinating with the technical expert to ensure all participants are able to participate without any technical glitch. 3.Follow up with absentees and ensure that they access the recorded sessions. 4.Ensure all participants submit the assignments and Projects in time. 5.Collate and send participation reports to the Management. 6.Address any queries of the participants by coordinating with the trainer. 7.Establish a professional rapport with the participants and maximize repeat business from their organizations.
