Key roles and responsibilities- •Persuade potential customers to purchase a product or services •Describe product or services, respond to question •Need to do problem analysis and resolution of software problems •Have to handle clients professionally during all interfaces Educational Qualification- •10 + 2 •Degree/ Diploma in any principle (IT degree/ diploma preferred) Experience- •2-4 years of experience in US tech support voice process as team leader Key Competencies- •Good in Communication (Both Verbal & Written) •Excellent team working and commanding power •Ability to work within a fast-paced and constantly changing environment •Self-motivated to work independently, with team support, to close business •Demonstrated commitment to completing tasks and objectives •Should be comfortable working in night sift (21:00- 06:00) IST •Should have sound knowledge of hardware, software and networking
