REQUIREMENT FOR BD MANAGER INSIDE SALES IN BHILAI

Sales: - Initiate outbound calls and establish right party contact. - Contact leads within the time frame agreed and conduct lead qualification of all inbound leads received. - Achieve and exceed daily/ weekly/ monthly targets for lead conversion, online demos and revenue generation. - Nurture mid to long term opportunities through regular touch points until they are ready for sales engagement. - Expand the revenue by suggesting other features/ advanced solutions at the time of renewal. Customer Relationship Management: - Maintain relationship with existing customers. - Understand customer concerns, including billing and usability, and proactively recommend solutions. - Collaborate with other Functional Groups to ensure customer delight through efficient service. Reporting: - Provide daily updates with regards to sales calls and sales activities to the Reporting Manager on a daily basis. - Update and meticulously maintain CRM database.
