Using Aptean's sales process to gain access to decision makers and discuss benefits of maintenance. • Protect and grow the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) stream and proactively manage assigned accounts. • Manage basic negotiations and share lessons learned with less rest of RAM team. • Must produce consistent, accurate activity and sales reporting using Apteans standardized tracking and reporting tools. • Responsible for keeping renewal pipeline up-to-date and accurately forecasting future maintenance revenue. • Process maintenance renewal activities following defined processes and systems, ensuring timely and accurate maintenance renewals are in place for all open agreements.
