Requirement senior Electronic engineer. Education: B.Tech. Or Diploma in ECE. Experience: 4/5 Years in Electronics organization DESIGNATION Sr. SMT Supervisor REPORTING - HOD Production JOB PROFILE RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain inventory for all type of SMT and MI components. Maintain Documents and records as per ISO/TS. Verify Gerber data for Stencil and arrange the same according to new product. Maintain separate stock for leaded and lead free components. Programming for pick and place machine and AOI. Minimize change over time using SMED. Ensure to prepare the feeders for next batch. Maintain line balancing and cycle time for each and every product in SMT and MI line. Ensure for predictive and preventive maintenance for SMT/Reflow/AOI/Wave solder machine. Set the profile of Reflow machine. Maintain the stock for required machine spares.
