ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM As a luxury bridalwear brand, Varsha Talera seeks to maximize its existing client base in Pune and create a buzz around the brand among the younger target group. JOB DESCRIPTION Varsha Talera Interns will be contributing towards the overall marketing and promotional activities for the brand. Any past experience in a similar job role would be appreciated. Role: Ability to think out of the box and suggest new ways of implementing ideas in a better manner. Should not keep yourself restricted to the brief given and should be able to brainstorm and come up with innovative ideas to bring the project to reality. Interact with guests and clients by spreading awareness about the brand among other networks and attracting new clients to the studio and design their retail experience. Role: Ability to think out of the box and suggest new ways of implementing ideas in a better manner. taking part in specialist or multidisciplinary team meetings Estimate material requirements and costs, and present design for approval. Monitor all forms of media Schedule and coordinate speaking engagements, appearances, photo shoots, and other special events reading and researching features and articles Using key HR software to more effectively manage, score, and onboard candidates.
