As a “Sales & Ops Ninja – Bangalore” at CheckGaadi.com, your primary responsibilities will be three fold: a) Build partnerships across assigned region to enable delivery of CheckGaadi.com services b) Increase market penetration of CheckGaadi.com offerings c) Act as central point of contact for business operations Find it too abstract. Let us elaborate: Partnerships - CheckGaadi.com provides vehicle inspection services to its customers. These services are delivered by our network of partners (i.e., vehicle service centres, independent technicians etc.) across the region. As a startup in growth phase we need to continue creating a number of these partnerships in existing and new areas in the region Market penetration – We need to constantly come up with interesting ways to understand our target customer segments and reach out to them. The basic question is – where do we find people who are looking for used vehicles. What do these people have in common. We are interested in both buyers and sellers – how to make our message reach them quickly. Business operations – When the customer buys inspections services from CheckGaadi.com, we need to ensure that the technician (who we have partnered with) goes there in time, does what he is supposed to do, and provides us the inspection report as per our well defined process. We need to close the loop with the customer by asking for his feedback etc. What do you get.
