Job Title / Designation: Senior Charity fundraisers (Closer) Job Description: As a senior fundraiser your key responsibility will be to create awareness about the charity you are representing among members of the public and inspire them to support the cause. You will be required to convert warm leads into confirmed appointments and then engage with potential donors at their homes or offices. Along with great pay, travel allowance and performance incentives, you will be provided with regular training and support to help you succeed and grow in the company. Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate: Engage and create awareness about the charity you are representing with members of the public at various locations in the city Convert warm leads to confirmed appointments Visit potential donors at their homes or offices after booking appointments and engage with them to support the cause Engage in continuous training programs to improve charity knowledge and fundraising skills To achieve agreed upon performance targets Promote a professional image of the organization and the fundraising program Specific Skill Set Field experience preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to gain knowledge about the charity and engage people Ability to work in a team environment and achieve targets (Good knowledge of the city would help) (Own vehicle is a MUST) Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 1-3 years Annual CTC: 4.5L p.a. + weekly performance bonus + weekly travel allowance + company phone will be provided Location(s) of Job: Bangalore Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor s degree No of rounds of Interviews: 2 Work Timings: 12pm to 8pm Travel & Allowance: Yes Languages: English (compulsory) Hindi and Kannada (optional) Relocation & Reimbursement: NA Any other skill set: NA
