JD For Senior H.R Executive: •BLM/ MLM/ M.A. Personnel mngmnt/ M.B.A (H.R)/ M.HRM/ Degree with P.G diploma in Industrial Relation, H.R, Labor Law, Administrative Law/ M.A Social Work. •3- 5 Years experience in H.R Department of Manufacturing Industry. •With adequate knowledge and experience in: H.R administration, Inspector of Factories, E.S.I/PF, Salary Administration & Maintenance of all types of statutory register & records in connection with factor administration, Ladour Welfare, Industrial Relation, General Administration & ISO Standard activities will be more preferrable. •Male candidates are preferred. •Salary 24K / Month.
