Description of daily job activities: • Organizing sales by pre sale and digital methods, Completely Inside Sales.NO FIELD WORK • To knock the potential Businesses and Service Providers such as Educational Institution, Medical organization,Health Industry,Food industry,Travel Industry, Automobile Industry, Fashion Industry, Fitness Industry, Training center, Manufacture,Distributor, wholesaler,Retailer and Service providers. • As Business Development Manager (BDM) you shall involve in Sales (enrollment of new Business & Services) & Marketing of our application in all possible and trained ways.You shall utilize all types of marketing skills and materials which also include the Digital Marketing to achieve maximum sales. • Your Sales and marketing process includes educating through demonstration and presentation of our application, answering the Client’s questions, convincing and closing the sales, forwarding the closed sales to verification team. • To work towards clients anti defections and goal of clients retention plans. Responsibilities: • Reviewing sales performance by maintaining accurate report and sharing it daily, monthly, Quarterly and yearly with your Team leaders and Sales Head. • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. • Attending conferences, meetings and promotional activities as per scheduled by company. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications, establishing professional networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, participating in professional societies. • Understanding and following Companies Ethics, Standards and Vision.
