Store Manager for an International Retail Brand at Ludhiana Job Description: 1.Candidate would be completely responsible for the entire store overlooking all the aspects of Operations. 2. Would be handling Sales profitability & People at the store, 3. Would be responsible for Maintaining Excellent Customer Service and relation. 4. Would be responsible for Direct Focus on people, Product performance. 5. Keep track of inventory and update system. 6. Candidate would be responsible t give Weekly reports on sales, foot falls short coming and improvements required. 7. Candidate would be responsible for Operation of entire store 8. Candidate would be managing team of Fashion Consultant. Desired Candidate Profile 1. Candidate must be from Retail background with good retail exposure. 2. Especially in lifestyle product. 3. Must be suave and have an excellent personality. 4. Must have an excellent grab over English. 5. Must be proficient with computers and the entire system is based on ERP. 6.
