Description • Responsible for answering customer queries regarding technical issues and abide by the prescribed norms • Candidate with a flair for computer troubleshooting and an aptitude for Customer Support • Basic Hardware & Networking knowledge • Removal of virus • Knowledge in hardware fundamentals, operating systems and networking • An aptitude for troubleshooting of desktops / laptops / tablets / palmtops • Installation of windows & MAC • Operating Systems; Windows 9x, 2K, XP. Requirements • Any Graduate/ Certificate Holder (Fresher) • 3 Year Diploma Holders • Any Graduate / Under graduate holing minimum of 6months of International Bpo experience.(Tenured) • Prior experience (6 months or above) with an international BPO would be an added advantage. Communication Skills • Verbal: Fluent in English • Written: Good written skills in English. • An aptitude for customer service and computer troubleshooting Salary- Rs. 1.62 L pa to 3.5 L pa.
