TRAINEE SYSTEM ANALYST IN A STARTUP COMPANY IN INDIA

A startup company focusing on creating, delivering and maintaining technology solutions is looking for individuals that are enthusiastic about the idea of working at a startup with a strong management consulting approach and focused on the industrial world. This is an opportunity for talented and motivated Computer Science or Information Systems graduates to work as Trainee Systems Analyst, responsible for requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance of software solutions. The requirements of the ideal candidates are: * Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding yet young environment. * Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities. * Desire to grow, learn and develop a global expertise with a problem solving approach. * Quick learner, self-starter and operate independently. The candidate will work in multiple projects to assist in: * Gathering and analyzing business requirements. * Developing solution by preparing and evaluating alternative processes. * Creating functional specifications and solution design documents. * Serving as a liaison and facilitator between business and technology teams. * Providing development support to the technical team. * Developing functional test plans and carry out functional testing. * Writing documentation for the applications including operations, user guide, etc. * Rolling out releases and providing support for maintenance. Education & Skills: * Any graduate with Computer Science or IT major. * Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, Excel and Word in particular. * Good communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills. * Good Analytical and logical thinking skills. As a trainee system analyst the candidate will participate in the end-to-end software development process, including active contribution in the planning, design, testing and implementation of solutions and their related business operations. Successful trainees will learn and leverage suitable & modern technologies, design patterns and best practices to build quality, high-performing and scalable systems.
