Desired Profile: Must have exp. in working in an International BPO/KPO/LPO Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Must be ready to work in night shift from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Must be ready to work 6 days a week Job Responsibilities include: The primary and basic duty is to manage all the daily tasks and work of Contact centre. He or she needs to perform the basic duties such as performing customer verifications, processing orders, applications, forms, and requests. He or she has to provide effective customer service such as handling complicated customer queries, issues, complaints, and questions. He or she needs to set the effective goals aiming for better quality, high speed and efficiency in collecting the due amount. The prime duty is to handle the calls from customers inside and outside the organization. He or she needs to fulfil the basic duties such as handling incoming complaints, requests and suggestions from customers through by e-mail or call and processing their requests and complaints. It will be needed to participate in the marketing and in selling and promoting products and updating the system with customer orders. He or she has to identify the requirements of the customer and then recommend them with the product and the pricing. It will be the responsibility to pre call research and maintain timely follow ups. He or she has the duty to discuss every complicated mater with the supervisors, team leaders, people in charge, and other professionals effectively to settle the important issues. He or she needs to train and inform the customers about the Product options to pick from catalogue or outside catalogue. He or she needs to perform the basic duties such as performing customer verifications, processing orders, applications, forms, and requests. He or she has the duty to update the seniors about documenting, and informing the team leader with current trends of the customer calls or payment behaviour. He or she need to meet their weekly & monthly targets.
