Post: Architect For Project (Only Male) Job Location:- Kolkata Near Ruby Hospital Qualification Required:- Diploma in Civil Engineering/Degree Experience Required:- 5 yrs- 10 yrs Salary:- 25000/- to Rs 30000/- Plus All Corporate benefits Job Description: Knowledge and experience of Civil/ Structural drawing (R.C.C. & steel structure drawings on various types of Multi-storied apartments, office commercial, hospital buildings, Industrial structures etc. as per Architectural Drawing). Ensure delivery of outcome as per given Design Brief on time and as per desired quality. Coordinate with Sales and Marketing Team to develop a Specific - Design/ Development brief for each project. Ensure all information on municipal approvals are clearly understood at this stage and start preparing a flow diagram on approval timelines that will be required. Creativity and artistic ability to design. Design thinking approach. Experience with design modeling. Reading and understand blueprints and technical diagrams. Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowing of building codes and restrictions. Excellent oral and written communication.
