US IT RECRUITER (EXPERIENCE BASED SALARY) 3.5 TO 6 LAC IN INDIA

The Sr. Recruiter is responsible for managing full life-cycle recruiting efforts for all positions within assigned functional group. In addition, the Sr. Recruiter, 1) Coordinates the recruitment process with leaders to identify qualified applicants and hires, 2) Ensures consistency and equitability in the recruitment process, meeting all Company objectives and legal guidelines 3) Maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management to anticipate talent needs and recommend the most qualified candidates for positions. 4) Must Have 2+ years Experience in Domestic Recruitment. 5) Facilitates internal and external recruitment process, effectively interviewing and evaluating candidates utilizing consistent criteria and evaluative measures. 6) Based on Experience (Pay Scale-3.5 to 6 lac per Annum) Handsome Salary + Benefits + Perks + Travel Allowance
