We have urgent opening for US IT Recruiter for Senior Positions minimum 2+ (only in recruitment sector candidates are eligible). Salary: 20% Hike on present salary Location: Malakpet. Job Timing:7 pm to 4 am Saturday and sunday week off No Cab Facility(Only for girls cab is there) Joining:10 working days. Responsibilities: - Understand the client"s needs and respond urgently by recruiting effectively and in a timely manner. - Work closely with Account Management/Business Development team. - Utilize job boards, referrals, and other creative means like internet sites, social sites, personal network and knowledge-base to identify qualified candidates for contract and contract to hire opportunities. - Post job requirements on the internet to increase candidate pool. - Present job opportunities to potential consultants and negotiate contract terms along with competitive pay rates. - Prepare the consultants with client interview process.
