Opening is for the post of Human Resource Manager (Female). Experience: Minimum 6 months & above is eligible. Job Description: -Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle -Have to understand the requirements of the company. -Create job descriptions -Documentation, -Job Posting by using different portals. -Sourcing candidates from different sources -Calling & taking Interviews - Telephonic as well as Face to Face. -Efficiently and effectively fill open positions -Induction Training -Handling employee grievances. -Documentation. Desired: Candidates must have good knowledge in Word, Excel & internet. Preferred candidates having experience in Recruitment Should be smart, with a pleasant personality. Should speak English, Hindi, Bengali well. Salary Negoitable. Shift timings: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Saturday) There are various Employee Benefits like: 1.
