Walkin Interview: Designation: Relationship Advisor. Job Description: * Making outbound calls to Members offering assistance and up selling. * Handling telephonic and Walk-in Inquiries at the center * Following the defined sales process to convert Inquiries into membership. * Meeting Sales and conversion Targets. • Responsible for achieving daily, fortnightly, monthly sales targets • Work on system allotted leads to generate Appointments with prospects • Drive key metrics on Appointments, Meetings, Follow-ups to control sales funnel • High on Sales Quality Perform high on Customer Experience Quality Score • Maintaining and analyze various reports related to sales metrics and continuously improve Experience: 0 to 2 years in sales will be an advantage… Qualification: Any Graduate Salary: upto 12k + incentives (If achived the target) Saturday –Sunday Working, 1 day off between Monday to Friday on rotation. We are looking for candidates: Very good at communication skills. Prior experience in Sales or Service will be an advantage. NO COLD CALLING !!!! NO FIELD SALES !!!
