We have Urgent Openings for Telecalling -Inbound Process Company Name: Easiya Info Media Services Job Profile: Telecalling -Inbound Process No.of Openings: 10 Experience: 0.6 to 1 year/ Fresher can apply Qualification: Any Degree (UG, PG) Salary: Negotiable [As Per Company Norms] Preferable: Male/Female Shift: Day Shift Job Description:  Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions.  Identifies opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell customers.  Handles inquiries with regard to product, pricing order expediting, customer relations and complaints.  Ability to multi-task and to solve customer problems, take orders and answer inquiries while completing other assigned tasks.  Responsible for handling and resolving customer inquiries accurately timely.  Work with other departments as needed to resolve customer inquiries. E.g. Accounts Receivable Department on customer payment discrepancies.  Responsible for maintaining and updating customer files.  Correct incomplete orders. Required Skills: 1. Experience from same industry like Yellow page, Concept Selling, Space Selling. 2. Good Communication Skills. 3. Preferable other Languages (Hindi,Telugu, Malayalam,kanada,etc).
