ASSOCIATE – TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST IN INDIA
Job Description: •Understand Manpower requests - viz job description with roles & responsibility sent by client, along with desired candidate description & cultural fitment & urgency of hire •Build strategy to find the right candidates for the client, through various sources like job portal, social media, online community & friends references & industry specific sources etc. •Posting manpower requests to various sites and generate leads to arrive at the right candidates. •Work closely with hiring managers, discuss overall needs - JD, salary, work timings, expectations etc and at times create job descriptions & share with client in case of unavailability of same from client side. •Make outbound calls to candidates, sourced through various channels - portals, etc and discuss job opportunity - which includes: checking their interest levels on job change, expectation & educate them about the role & recruitment process. •Share candidate profiles (resumes) with client and schedule for telephonic & face to face interview in coordination with hiring managers and candidates. •Negotiate offers of with selected candidates and discuss with hiring managers on possible corrections/changes to offers. •Develop good rapport and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers & candidates •Responsible for daily, weekly & monthly activity reports and willingness to work with deadlines ready to take challenges. Describe Candidate Profile: •Young, energetic result driven MBA graduate (with/without prior exp, experience in a manpower consultancy is an added advantage) •Excellent communication skill in English is a must (Spoken & written) •Knowledge of any other Indian languages is added advantage, though not a must. •Good at client relationships and need to have better convincing skills. •Willingness to work with hiring deadlines & self motivated to overcome any challenges / limitation with core focus on delivery is a must.
