Adeeba e-services is looking for experienced candidates in International Inbound Tech Support process. Candidate Profile: Eligibility criteria are minimum 10 months-1 year of working experience in International Outbound/ Inbound Tech Support Process and must be flexible in Night Shifts. Must have Experience in handling calls of printers, routers and anti viruses. Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, router, Email issues, Mac, i-Phone, i-Pad Must know how to close their own calls / can take remote access. Must be fluent in English Candidates must be able to join immediately. Salary: Rs.15000-26000/month (fixed) + Huge Incentive.
