Description • Involves resolving customer queries • Involves updating customers on latest information on a product or service • Should be patient enough to handle any kind of customer queries. Requirements • Any Graduate/ Certificate Holder (Fresher) • 3 Year Diploma Holders • Any Graduate / Under graduate holing minimum of 6months of International Bpo experience.(Tenured) • Prior experience (6 months or above) with an international BPO would be an added advantage. Communication Skills • Verbal: Fluent in English • Written: Good written skills in English. • An aptitude for customer service and computer troubleshooting Salary- Rs. 1.62 L pa to 3.5 L pa Terms and Conditions: • Should be willing to work during night shifts (Rotational shifts extending to 9 hours – 5 days a week) • Free cab facility with door pick up and drop for all night shifts Contact No: , , .
