This usually involves solving a problem or troubleshooting a product remotely through voice call. For example, bank assistance, credit card assistance, customer care executives etc. Outbound Process Employees undertake calling and call customers from a list provided to them. It can also involve sales, marketing and cold calling. For example, calling for credit card sales, bill payments, offers and discounts etc. Voice based calling has a bright future with the rise in the number of stores in India.
