Human Resource Management forms a huge segment of the work we do at Pollinate Energy. We work at 5 different levels of HR Management. 1) Pollinators - Micro entreprenuers from the BOP communities.2) Indian City Co-founders - Local Indian cofounding team for new expansion site. 3) International City Co-founders - International cofounding team for new expansion site. 4) Indian Fellows (College graduates and Young Professionals) - We run 5 Fellowships each year, each local Fellow is paired with an international Fellow to solve some of the biggest challenges faced by the expansion site and to train the pollinators. 5) International Fellows (College graduates and Young Professionals) - International Fellows who raise funds that go towards the set-up costs of the new site and help solve some of the biggest challenges faced by the expansion site. For each of this segment, we are building tools and resources that make hiring, training and empowering a great experience for everyone involved.  For the internship purpose, we are looking to hire 1 or more people to work on specific projects listed below. 1) Pollinator Incubation Program - Research and curriculum development on training modules for building business and leadership skills in micro-entreprenuers from the BOP communities. 2) Franchisee HR Management System - Research on HR Management in Franchisee systems. 3) Recruitment Process Development - Work with technology to develop streamlined recruitment process for local and international hiring. 4) Partnerships - Work on potential local and international partnerships for hiring Fellows and Pollinators.
