Designation: Technical Support Executive Responsibilities and Duties * Understanding the customer issues related to computer and laptops which could be issues to email issues,anti virus,error codes on the screen,pop up on the screen etc.candidates needs to solve the issues and give a resolution to the problem and convince the customer to pay to fix up the issues. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications * Need to speak in English Need to close their own calls Need to be experience in tech support. Need to be flexible. Need to have exp in European calls Need to have exp in tech support for 2 years or above Benefits salary on the 1st of the month fixed salary up to 25K attractive incentive paid leaves comp offs 6 days work 1 roster off Night shift & Morning shift Adeeba E Services works as a Family with a Healthy Environment. Interview is held Monday to Saturday between 12pm - 5 pm call for further information from 10 am - 8.30 pm excluding Sunday. Interview is held between 12-pm Monday to Saturday.
