Opening is in Day shift in a Non Sales outbound process. Post: CCE / Sr.CCE Candidate should possess excellent communication skills (Fluency in English is mandatory). Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred Candidate should have 0-1 year of experience in Voice process can apply. Freshers & Experience (Both) are welcomed. Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage. Should be open to work in Day shifts. Responsible for dealing with International customers & doing a proper telephonic survey. No pressure of sales, its a simple voice survey call profile. Shift Time: am to 9 pm Working Days: Monday to Saturday. Fixed Off: Sunday. Salary (Freshers): Rs per month (TA, AA is included). Salary for Experience: Negoitable.
