Greeting From Global Talent HR Solutions, Pune Urgent Opening for Female Hr Recruiter at, Pune Designation:-Junior HR Recruiter Position:-2 Experience -: 06 Months to 01 yrs Location -: Pune Job Responsibilities:- -Searching resumes from portals. -Head Hunting, Cold Calling and Reference pulling. -Maintain MIS for managing candidates. -Arranging Interview. -Handling requirements of different sectors. -Sourcing for Junior, Middle and Senior level positions. -Identifying and scrutinizing the resumes to meet the requirements. -Screening the resumes and forwarding the same to all respective clients. - Doing the initial telephonic screening of the candidates. -Scheduling the interviews by co-coordinating with both the interview panel and the candidates. -Maintaining a systematic and comprehensive database of all candidates. -Placing Ads in jobs sites for various positions. -Maintaining and Updating Daily Recruitment Tracker for Offer released Joined and Drop out candidates and source of candidates. -Following up with the candidates to confirm the date of Joining and ensuring the candidate joins on the intended date. Skills Required:- -Good Communication Skills. -Must possess good negotiation skills. -Should have keen interest in the field of HR.
