Responsible for troubleshooting and providing necessary actions in case of any issues with respect to machines, moulds etc Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on all equipment in the Injection Tooling & Machine Unit repairing and replacing parts as necessary. Troubleshoot, repair or replace all components of mould. This includes all electrical equipment, hydraulics, mechanical, piping, pumps, and pneumatics in the Mold Department. Knowledge on production process in injection moulding Knowledge of raw materials, production processes quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. Basic knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics and machining. Sound knowledge and systematic approach of Machine and Fixtures troubleshooting.
