MASTER TRAINEE FOR HYDERABAD LOCATION IN INDIA

Responsibilities • Manage overall training delivery for required courses • Create a cadre of trainers to deliver the trainings as per the content design. • Develop systems and quality standards for the trainings and monitor trainers • Collaborate in designing and reviewing content and curriculum based on industry requirement • Share regular updates/feedback to the Centre Heads/Director of Training • Willingness to travel anywhere on need basis. • Create interest in the trainees for skill development • Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly training reports • Take care of attendance at the training locations/classrooms. • Set processes for assessment and certifications • Willing to work and grow in startup environment Education and Experience • Experience in training and education sector • Influencer amongst your friends and community. • Experience working with the informal sector/domestic help workers would be an added advantage
