Job for Experienced person and Fresher for the post of Office Executive (Front Office, Operation etc.): in the Fastest Growing Brand Communication Agency in India-India News Communications Ltd Candidate’s Profile Requirements •1-2 years of relevant experience •At least Graduate •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Self-driven and quality oriented Job Description •Managing Front Office • Dispatch Management • Looking after the entire Office Administration •Maintaining the Stock of the Brochures and keeping the track of it •Maintaining the availability status in the projects •Assisting the directors along with the HR •Existing Database maintenance, and implementing plans to generate new data bases •Handling Operations. •Consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on customer specification. •Assisting Heads in assimilating deeds and documents. •Handling incoming & outgoing calls •Maintaining the regular telephone report and keeping a track of all incoming and outgoing Calls.
