You’d fit right in, If you have: 1) a master’s degree in human resource management 2) Minimum experience of six months Job Description Screen applications; keep candidates updated on schedules, ensure documents required for offer are complete and work on HR data. Co-ordinate with the Hiring Mangers (interviewers) for interview scheduling and follow up. Collaborate with recruiters/vendors to manage the hiring pipeline (from initial interviews till offer stage) Ensure referrals are being interviewed as per the TAT and feedback is being shared to the referrers.
