One of our client has urgent requirement for Technical Sales Executives Please go through the following details; Candidate having good communication skills with experience from 1-3 years in US/UK in-bound/out-bound calling process. Salary: 25 to 35 k Location: Gurgon. Qualification Graduate/Under Graduate - Any specialization Experience in technical or Non Technical(Training will be provided) Work Details & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Receieve calls and sell subsciption plans in fast paced call and web based operation centre. Respond to customers inquiries receieved via calls & live chat Sell Subsciption Plans and Enroll customers as per process & policies of Techanical Services Primary specialists in the education and understanding of technical support issues related to software and general assistance with various applications used by Technical Services. Identify and selling, then document and retrieve pertinent information for logging, tracking and further escalation. Complete detailed summary forms of issues being escalated to other levels of support (if required).
