Handling at least 1 (one) Brands individually Sending application mails to the Auditors. Searching and selecting good Auditors from the database for different project. Sending confirmation mails and assigning mystery audits. Monitors mystery shopping visits within the given projects and ensures that they are performed as scheduled Make sure that the report is submitted on time by the shoppers and all the required criteria are fulfilled. Follows up with any canceled visits and resolves evolving issues that is should maintain a list of back up shopper Training the Auditors for each and every scenario Prepares presentation materials for shoppers Doing follow up with the auditors and accepting the audit reports
