The candidate will play an integral role in: -The day-to-day operations of paid search campaigns, including the creation of keyword lists and ads, bidding strategy and optimization -Overseeing retargeting campaigns, utilizing real-time bidding tools to optimize towards ROI goal, implementing A/B tests, and coordinating creative -Managing day-to-day operation of Affiliation programs, including recruiting of new affiliates, compensation strategy and optimization -Data analysis reporting to ensure accurate account spend, and monitor/improve campaign performance -Researching campaign issues and formulating tangible solutions -Monitoring PPC trends, best practices and techniques, and identifying new opportunities Desired Skills and Experience -The ideal candidate has 2-3+ years of experience in managing performance marketing campaigns -Experience with management platforms (including Google Adwords, Tradedoubler, Zanox etc) and bid management tools (such as Kenshoo or Doubleclick) -Proficient with web analytics tools such as Omniture, Google Analytics or other statistics platform Other qualifications include: o Strong MS Office skills, proven experience in Excel o Results-oriented, with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills o Excellent organizational skills, and ability to multi-task/manage multiple projects at the same time o Ability to work in teams and/or independently to meet goals o A passion for the internet in general and fashion e-commerce in particular o Ready to learn, grow and adapt in a fast-paced environment
