The job involves the following responsibilities: 1. Finding, screening and short-listing the most suitable candidates for our clients as per their requirements. 2. Scheduling interviews for candidates with our clients. 3. Using web portals and other adverting media to source candidates. 4. Submitting daily reports as per the company norms. Qualification: The candidate must be a graduate in any discipline. Skills required: Good communication skills in English and Malayalam a must. Must have good convincing skills to convince candidates about jobs offered by our clients. Starting Salary: Rs. 8000/- Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9 am to 5:30 pm Saturday: 9 am to 2:30 pm We do not work on 2nd Saturdays and 4th Saturdays Please send your updated cv
